If you are looking for immigration consultants, we strongly recommend the Solutions Team led by Ms. Joanne Zhou. They are very experienced, knowledgeable, responsible and professional. Joanne’s team has been handling our application for Permanent Residence of Canada. The application was submitted on February 25, 2025, and approved in the middle of December. At the beginning, we planned to submit the application by ourselves and hence had prepared all the necessary documents. After carefully considering the complexity of our case, we decided to hire an immigration consulting company to handle our case. We carried out a comprehensive search online and through our connections and contacted more than a dozen immigration consultants and interviewed 5 of them. After carefully evaluating the five consultants we interviewed, we decided to use Joanne at Solutions Immigration Consulting Inc. The main reasons we chose Joanne are: 1) she is very reliable; 2) she has an efficient team; 3) she has been handling many successful cases as commented by Google reviews; 4) she has about 20 years’ experience in immigrations; 5) Former IRCC Immigration Officer Mr. Sol Gombinsky (Joanne’s boss) overlooks the application documents of every immigration case, which is crucial for successful applications because he knows what the immigration officers want to see when they evaluate applications. Although our application was ready to be submitted, Joanne’s team carefully reviewed and edited the documents we prepared using their professional views and added more valuable documents to make the case stronger. They submitted our application within a month and timely kept us informed and updated on every stage of the application. The IRCC evaluation process of our application went smoothly and quickly until the end of September when the IRCC requested us to explain a tricky situation just as we were worried about at the beginning. At the time we submitted the application we wished the immigration officer would not pick up such a tiny detail. Our application was at risk of being denied if we could not provide trustable explanations. It was not easy to provide a good explanation so that the immigration officer would positively understand the situation. We first wrote up the facts of the situation and then had a meeting with Sol and Joanne to discuss the situation. Based on our writings and discussions, Joanne wrote the explanation letter and Sol reviewed it. The final explanation letter and supporting documents were submitted in the end of October and our application was successfully approved in the middle of December. We are very grateful that we chose Joanne as our immigration consultant. Otherwise, we would not know what would happen to our application if we submitted it by ourselves.
