hello I had a consultation with Mr. Kamaldeep Singh, and overall he showed good knowledge and was helpful in understanding my situation. I appreciated that he was honest and upfront when he was not fully sure about one part of my immigration matter, and he mentioned that he would look into it and get back to me with an update. However, after that, I did not receive any follow-up for a couple of days. Since my situation was urgent, the lack of response made it difficult for me to proceed and caused some uncertainty. Overall, I would say he is very knowledgeable and professional but the follow-up and communication from the office in urgent matters could be improved.
